Groupe Accessibilité St. Augustin services the general population of all ages, with various forms of disability and/or loss of autonomy along the Lower North Shore. We rely on the support and involvement of community individuals, local organizations, businesses, government departments and agencies. Our team is extremely proud of how far we've come and what we've accomplished since establishing in 2009 and continue to grow while lending a voice that can reach out across boundaries.

It is important to acknowledge the significant role of each support member of the organization and Board of Directors because it takes a dedicated team to ensure that the administrative management and behind the scenes work is structured and properly conducted in order to continue providing ongoing and fundamental services to our members.
Staff
Susie Martin
Senior Advisor
Susie is responsible for analyzing and providing advice on the organization’s operational policies and mission. Duties included administration support, guidance on strategy and policy issues, analysis and monitoring of operational plans, and internal coordination of the organization.
Makayla Griffin
Animator
Makayla is a dynamic Animator for our members . A dedicated individual who guides our members daily and shows her passion and commitment to them by being an inclusive leader for all planned and organized activities and events.
Board of directors
Guy Leblanc
as President Mr. Leblanc resides at board meetings, ,develops agendas in collaboration with Senior Advisor and other board members , serves as the contact person for board issues , funding resources and policy development/ management. Sets goals and objectives with the board and ensures they are met and in alignment with the developed policies and mission of the organization.
Ronnie Driscoll
As Vice President he is eager and dedicated in assisting the board in carrying out its operations and organization of activities and events. He also works closely with the Senior Advisor , staff and Board members to transfer knowledge and history of the organization itself.
Mary Helen Shattler
As Treasurer, Mrs. Shattler play a vital role in assuring the day to day operations of the organization. Supports the organization with overseeing necessary financial matters ( in collaboration with the board members and Senior Advisor).
Kayla
Kippen
in her role as secretary within the organization helps ensure that the agendas , minutes, operational documents are well prepared and available to fellow board members and administrative resources.
Johanna Driscoll
supports organization in her capacity as Community Representative by helping ensure the mission of organization is maintained and developed . Her role also allows her to help with the implementation and organization of activities and events that fall within the established mandate for the organization.
